  • Oversee our quarter SERVE Value Award process, Awarded periodically to employees based on peer nominations for exhibiting the SERVE Values. 

  • Manage bi-weekly team and engagement SERVE Kudos recognition presented at our weekly company training (All-Hands) meeting
